Unsere Nachbarländer haben viel früher begriffen, dass ein Kind nicht in eine Katastrophe schlittert, wenn seine Eltern berufstätig sind. Sondern, dass es darauf ankommt, ob sich die Gesellschaft kümmert, welche Rahmenbedingungen geschaffen werden und dass Erwachsene verlässliche Bindungen zu Kindern eingehen.
